The Village of the Arts is a vibrant community of artists living and working together in Bradenton, Florida. The Village is Florida’s largest art community and over 30 businesses call the Village home. Galleries, studios, cafes, healing arts, jewelry, fashion and books can all be found as you wander the streets of this charming area of restored 1920's and 30's cottages. Located just south of downtown, the Village is one of Bradenton's most exciting areas. Carving out a creative community where can people can live and create and going strong after more than 10 years.

Join us for our next artwalk – Friday, Feb. 3, from 6-9:30pm and Saturday, Feb. 4, 11am-4pm. Also be sure to visit the Village during the annual Open Studio Tour on Friday, Feb. 17 and Saturday, Feb. 18, 11am-4pm. Meet your favorite Village artist and watch them create! This fun event invites the public to visit Village artists at work, see their studios and get a look at the creative process.

Dancing Thru the Village is happening March 3! This special events features movement of all types – we are still looking for dance groups, individuals, musicians and more to come and be creative that day. Here is the call to artists, here is the application.
Chrysalis Launcher coming soon! Unveiling event on Friday, March 2, 5:30-6pm.
Join the City of Bradenton and the Village of the Arts in celebrating the installation of this important sculptural work by nationally known public artist Catherine Woods. The sculpture titled Chrysalis Launcher is one of the new prominent pieces in the City of Bradenton's public art program. The event will be held on Friday, March 2 from 5-6pm on the corner of 9th St. W. and 12th Ave. W. After the event from 6-9:30 pm will be the First Friday artwalk.
